I am a yogini, a writer, a musician, a lover of the truth, and a vessel of divine light.

I am traveling this summer with Apollo, my beloved, in a quest to find our new home. We are exploring Colorado, Oregon, and California.

Apollo and I met in February of this year in Iowa, where we were students at Maharishi University of Management.

Before moving to Iowa, I spent 8 months living in New Mexico, where I taught Spanish to K through 8. I enjoyed the expansiveness of the west, and the sunshine of New Mexico, but this Piscean Wisconsin girl needs water!

I am deeply grateful for my many gifts and for my education. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Med & Spanish from the Univ. of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

During college, I spent a year studying in Madrid, Spain, where I immersed myself in the beautiful Spanish language and culture. I learned to speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish.

After college, I embarked on a four-month solo backpacking adventure through Central America, to practice Spanish and to clear my mind after so many years of education.

I absolutely love to travel—I flourish in ever-changing surroundings and love the magic and spontaneity of life in motion. I love to continuously experience and learn about new and different perspectives, cultures, climates, landscapes, languages, philosophies, and ways of life.

I also really enjoy networking. I love to meet new people and stay in contact with the many people that have crossed my path throughout the years.

Writing is another way in which I love to express myself. I write often and well, and sometimes the most beautiful poetry flows through me and onto the paper. Language fascinates me and I am now in the process of learning Brazilian Portuguese.

Upon returning from Costa Rica, I became a certified yoga instructor in New York City and taught in many different places—yoga studios, Central Park, and privately, in people’s homes. I also created a yoga DVD, which is sold on Amazon.com.

Discovering and practicing yoga ignited within me a burning passion for health and in 2007 I returned to my hometown, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and co-founded Lakeshore Rejuvenation, a beautiful holistic health center and restaurant, on the shores of Lake Michigan.

I am no longer involved in the center, and am in the process of creating lucrative, fulfilling work to sustain myself and serve others. This work allows for great abundance, creativity, and flexibility—to travel and work anywhere, to find balance between solitude and companionship, and between city and rural life.

I am moving forward powerfully and manifesting my dreams. I am questioning and unraveling every single belief that I hold, in order to uncover the Truth and the supreme Joy that resides within.
